The TCF is currently producing reagents to study human T cell responses to SARS-CoV-2. These reagents are based on published work* as well as communication with the Sette lab and should be available as monomers or tetramers labeled with our usual selection of fluorochromes. Epitopes were previously identified in SARS and are 100% conserved in SARS-CoV-2. They are known to bind the MHC alleles we supply them with, but they have not been validated in a SARS-CoV-2 immune response.
These materials can be requested using the premade request forms below. You can use our standard class I and class II forms for custom SARS-CoV-2 reagents not listed here. Additional reagents may be added to or removed from the list depending on demand and validation. At this time, we can only supply 1 unit of quantity per reagent unless very strong justification for needing more can be supplied. These reagents will generally be offered at approximately 100µg per unit quantity.
