Reagent Request Forms
Please use one of the four request forms below to request reagents.
NOTE: As part of the agreement between NIAID and Beckman Coulter Immunomics (wherein Beckman Coulter Immunomics holds an exclusive commercialization license to the Stanford Patent Rights in regards to the U.S. Patent 5,635,363 and corresponding foreign patents, and any patents granted on any divisional and continuation applications thereof), NIAID provides Beckman Coulter Immunomics with a bi-annual report listing the Tetramer Facility clients, their Institution, and reagents received since the last reporting period.
