Custom Class II

Please check the pre-made list below before placing a custom request..

Peptide may need to be supplied for some reagents.

Please note, a human CLIP peptide-containing negative control reagent will be included with all orders.

Each unit of quantity contains 200 µg of MHC protein.

The Tetramer Resource Committee (TRC) meets approximately every other Friday to review tetramer requests. Requests must be received before 12 noon EST three days before a scheduled TRC meeting in order to be considered. View TRC Schedule

PREVIOUSLY MADE CLASS II

The class II MHC tetramers listed below are available as biotinylated monomers or as tetramers made with the listed fluorophore options. Requesters will receive approximately 200 micrograms of protein per unit of quantity. For best results with class II tetramers, we strongly recommend APC or PE over other options.

Please note that the reagents listed on this page have been produced by the NIH Tetramer Facility with strict quality control (including gene sequencing, affinity purification, SDS PAGE analysis, and verification of biotinylation by immunoprecipitation), but many have not been confirmed to stain or activate specific T cells.

Some reagents may require you to send peptide to us in order to conduct a custom synthesis via peptide exchange. Once your order is approved, an email approval notification will be issued, including details regarding any peptide that needs to be supplied.
