Privacy Policy

Like most websites, this website collects the sort of information normally found in server logs.  Also, we may use Google Analytics to assist us in collecting and analyzing visitor usage patterns.

Specifically, information automatically sent by your web browser and collected in server logs includes your IP address, web browser, operating system, and other similar information.

This information is never shared with anyone else, except in an anonymous aggregated form.  (e.g.: "4% of our visitors last month were using IE 6.")

Regardless of the method used, we never collect personally identifying information, except for information you expressly provide on a form.

We only share that (personally identifying) information with select personnel, in our facility and at the NIH, who must see it in order to process your request.

Generally speaking, if a person's name appears on this website, that person may be able to see (at least some of) the information you submit on a form.  We make reasonable efforts to ensure that only necessary information is shared, only with personnel who need to see it.
