Request Class II Tetramers

Request pre-made class II tetramers...

If you would like to receive one of the alleles listed here with a different peptide epitope, please fill out a Request Form for Custom-made MHC Class II Reagents...

If the allele you are looking for is not listed here, please consult our selection of Unlisted Reagents...

Pre-made Class II MHC tetramers
The class II MHC tetramers listed below are available as biotinylated monomers or as tetramers labeled with either PE or APC. Requesters will receive 200 micrograms of protein per order. In addition, a human CLIP peptide-containing negative control reagent will be included with all orders. (This control will automatically be included. You do not need to add it to your request.)

Please note that the reagents listed on this page have been produced by the NIH Tetramer Facility with strict quality control (including gene sequencing, affinity purification, SDS PAGE analysis, and verification of biotinylation by immunoprecipitation), but many have not been confirmed to stain or activate specific T cells.
